Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Strong knowledge of the EYLF/NQS Requirements: A COMPLETED Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (no working towards) Australian Childcare Experience with full working rights (no working restrictions, no student visas) - this is a FULL-TIME position. At least two years of experience working in long day care Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
